Do Not Call & Opt-Out Policy

Our commitment

HearthGuard Home Insurance is a referral and marketing service. You can ask that your number not be used for future marketing contact. You can send a direct opt-out request by email. Opting out does not require a purchase.

How to opt out

• Email your opt-out request to wegrowlead@yahoo.com, including the phone number or email address you want removed.
• Tell any agent you speak with that you do not want further marketing contact.
• Say “stop” to any agent on a live call, reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

What happens next

Requests apply to the specific number or address you give. If an agent or partner contacts you, opt out with them directly as well.

National registry

You can also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you wish to register.

If you used the quote form on our homepage

When you enter a ZIP code and phone number to get a quote line, that information is sent to our call-routing partner network to check for an available advisor. The form explains contact consent. You can withdraw consent by emailing wegrowlead@yahoo.com, telling an agent or partner during contact, replying STOP to a text, or using an unsubscribe link in an email. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything.

Note on inbound calls

When you call us, you are initiating the contact. That call may be recorded or monitored and may be routed to a licensed agent or marketing partner. Calling us does not by itself sign you up for future marketing calls, and you can always ask that no follow-up contact be made.
